Responsibilities:
- Leading SAP HCM module consulting and implementation projects remotely, focusing on manufacturing companies with a branched structure.
- Deeply understanding integration points and interconnections between HCM modules and other modules within the SAP ERP system.
- Customizing processes and configurations within the HCM module, particularly in organizational management and payroll processes in Ukrainian enterprises.
- Being ready to independently adopt and utilize new functionalities, including those on the SuccessFactors platform, through LearningHub materials or other resources.
- Full coverage of IT and mathematics, including applied mathematics, computer engineering, software, and economic cybernetics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a leading SAP consultant of HCM modules in manufacturing companies or SAP consulting firms.
- Direct participation in SAP system implementation projects in an industrial enterprise as an expert of the HCM module.
- Experience in directly participating in a process customization project on the SuccessFactors platform is advantageous.
- Deep knowledge and technical skills in the SAP HCM module, as well as integration points with other modules.
- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP and proficiency in using the debugger.
- Proficiency in English, with a level not lower than B1-B2.
- Practical skills in configuring the HCM module and preparing technical tasks for programming Z-developments.
- Willingness to work full-time under a B2B agreement.
